Izzy moved into the gym and looked around none of the other members where there and in a large way he was grateful not that he didn't like them he did they where all his friends and in some small way they where a family now because only each of them knew how the other was feeling. Izzy took his I pod out of his sweat pants pocket and moved over to the docking station and slotted it in. Cycling though the different songs he tried to get one that would help get his hard pounding, something loud and fast. When he had he hit the play button and then ran his thumb around the dial turning it up as loud as he could stand it. Izzy knew that it was the middle of the day and that no one would be sleeping, and if they where well then it was time for a wake up.
Moving to the bench press Izzy sat down on it then lay down flat on his back taking a grip of the weight bar he moved his hands around a few times trying to get the spot that felt right. Once he got the right area he took the bar off the stand and let his self ease it down towards himself. Izzy knew that he really should have a partner when doing this just in case he wore himself out but he really didn't feel in the mood to go knocking on doors asking who wanted to train it felt better to wait for someone if anyone to join of there own free will.
As he raised the bar to the top of his arms length he eased it back towards himself, Izzy enjoyed bench pressing more than the punching bag he found that it helped get rid of his anger faster due to the pain his arms would feel, the punching bag took time to work up a burn, it also was to easy, far to easy for thoughts to creep in and stay there. Izzy wanted to forget he really did and he was trying very hard but there where times he couldn't often they came when he least would expect them. Once he remembered Karla when he had simply gotten up in the middle of the night to get a glass of water and he had fallen to pieces because of it.
Izzy didn't want to hurt anymore he wanted to get even for too long he had been told that the X-men had made great progress in mutant human relations and he was naive enough to believe it as well. But he couldn't do it anymore when Karla was shot Izzy no longer felt the urge to keep humans safe it was dog eat dog and he was going to make sure it never happened to a person he loved ever again.
